Welcome to 2014

So that's 2013 over and done with. I hope everyone had a good night last night celebrating. Joe and I met some friends at La Plage in St Julians- €45 per person with an open bar and lots of nibbles (which were actually lovely!). It's only a small place and it wasn't over crowded, it was just right. The atmosphere was happy and lively and it was a great evening which culminated in the girls dipping their toes in the sea and one of the boys diving in head first!I feel surprisingly OK today considering how many shots were consumed but I certainly don't plan to move off the sofa if I can help it. The day will mostly be spent watching Death on the Nile (for about the 56th time!), drinking caramel lattes in my Christmas PJs and slippers and editing a few blog posts (can you tell I've just discovered built in iphone camera filters?!)I hope you're all feeling OK today and that 2014 is good to you.
